The Original Fish Company has been family-owned since opening day, Feb. 1, 1981. Daughter Vanessa has overseen the restaurant for more than 20 years, with insight and assistance from her mother Wendi. Many dedicated staff members have been here more than 20 years. The Original Fish Company is our only restaurant. We are not a chain by choice; we want to be here personally to ensure that our fish is the freshest and our service the best.
